How to store the Nuts in Shell:
You will receive the nuts in a cardboard box. Open the cardboard box and remove the Nuts from the box.
Store the nuts in a dark and cool location and mix the nuts once a week. Make sure the nuts in the center are well mixed, too to prevent heat and moisture build up.

The Hawaiian Macadamia Nut has distinguished itself from Cashews, almonds, pistachios and the like due to its sweet, creamy and delicate taste and delightful texture.
Roasted Macadamia Nuts can be used as that "final touch" on desserts, ice cream, salads and various main dishes.

Directions:
1. Crack nuts with hammer or vise grip.
2. Roast nuts in a single layer in a shallow pan at 325 F (160-165 C) until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
3. Contents of a 1 lb bag of nuts in shell will yield approximately 3/4 cup of shelled nuts.
